Radium
OPEN POLLINATED VEGETABLE
It is a bolting resistant, short-day cultivar with a long storage life. Distinct features are its round to rhombic shape and outer bulb scales that are thicker than those of other short-day cultivars. The bulbs have a brown skin and the flesh is cream coloured. Radium produces very few split or double bulbs and is a good seed producer.
